Declan Campbell (23) from Inverness not only graduated with BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology but his work placement through UHI Inverness opened up employment opportunities.

Declan said: “I made some new friends at UHI Inverness, and I generally just enjoyed learning the course. It also forced me out of my comfort zone and that has given me confidence and more belief in myself. I always received support when it was needed, and the lecturers were always understanding and attentive.

“I was able to get a part-time job with an architecture firm after my placement with UHI Inverness and this gave me the experience to help me look for a full-time job now.”
