Artist statement:

"This artwork highlights the topic of renewal and rejuvenation of the planet and the destruction and pollution of the planet. The artwork is intended to be viewed from two perspectives, one being the destruction of trees and wildlife due to man made pollutants and the other being the rejuvenation, regrowth and renewal of the planet with aid from us ashumans. The piece as a whole is set in one locationin different time zones and it is up to the viewer to decide which of the images comes first.The piece uses video art to display the images consecutively and is made through projection,video editing and digital painting techniques. An outdoor setting is used in order to fit with the themes of the artwork."
