Richard Coyne

Richard worked in the catering industry for 25 years before joining Inverness College UHI. He began his career at the Golf View Hotel, Nairn, before moving to the Newton Hotel, Nairn, and completing his apprenticeship with Poldinos, one of Aberdeen's oldest Italian restaurants. Richard has worked all over the UK and as far as Australia as a freelance chef.
