Speak to a member of the Student Support Team via telephone, online or in person if you are worried about your circumstances. We can signpost you to useful help and support in our local community. Out of hours you can access support from many local charities and organisations.
- The Cubby - If you are a current student and need any toiletries you can access the Cubby. Located on the ground floor beside the Student Support Centre. We also offer free warm coats and jackets beside Room 155.
- The Larder - Students can access free food essentials. Located on the other side of the Student Support Centre.
- Money Advice Scotland offer free impartial advice, webinars and resources for money worries and financial wellbeing.

- Cafe 1668 - Open Monday to Friday 9-3pm. 86 Church Street, Inverness. Food larder and free food in Inverness. Open to the public.

- Funding - Make sure you have applied for all the Student Funding you are entitled to.
- Community Food Fridge Schemes - Highland Good Food Partnership have created a Highland Food Map listing community fridges across the Highlands. The fridges are coloured orange on the map.
