Visit our Sheiling Restaurant, where our Professional Cookery Level 5 & 6 students prepare and cook high quality affordable cuisine. Our Professional Cookery Level 4 students will serve you.

Our two and three-course menus change weekly and the food is freshly prepared, with an emphasis on local and seasonal produce.

Food is prepared by our Professional Cookery Level 5 & 6 students and served by our Professional Cookery Level 4 students.

By training in a real environment, our students gain the hands on experience they need to hit the ground running when they leave UHI Inverness.

The restaurant will re-open on Wednesday 30 October until Wednesday 20 November 2024 (Semester 1) bookings for lunch are during term-time only.

We are currently FULL for our Christmas lunches (27 November - 18 December).  We will re-open in February 2025, and have the following availability:

5th, 12th & 19th February

5th, 12th, 19th & 26th March

30th April

7th May

Orders are taken between 12.00 pm and 12.45pm.
