An increasing number of young people experience some form of mental health problem themselves or with their friends or family. Many are unsure about how to seek help for themselves or how to support others.
This course looks at explaining and developing a deeper understanding of the issue.

- This course is offered as part of the Highland Council Virtual Schools Timetable.
Attend timetabled classes delivered by our college lecturer in a virtual classroom. Students access all their learning and assessments via Brightspace or Google Classrooms.
