What is special about this course?
This course is flexible and work based aiming to develop knowledge, understanding and skills in early years and childcare settings.
You will use an electronic portfolio to gather the practice and knowledge required to fulfil the occupational standards for the course.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be working with children 0-16 on a regular basis. This course is not appropriate for school leavers.
You will study topics such as safeguarding, communication, health, safety and security.
