Construction Contracting Operations: General SCQF Level 6
What is special about this course?
This qualification allows applicants to demonstrate work-based competence and experience providing a recognised qualification. As a work-based programme candidates are assessed on their experience and workplace evidence to achieve performance criteria set out by the CITB Sectors Skills Council. Successful completion on this qualification would allow candidates to apply for a CSCS (gold) card.
SVQ3 Construction Contracting Operations: General (SCQF Level 6) will provide more options for apprentices which will further improve success rate. This flexibility will allow apprentices greater choice and allow them to tailor the qualification to their current work experience enhancing student experience.
Entry requirements
This is a work-based qualification so candidates must be in employment as construction technicians – Architectural Technicians, Built Environment Operatives, Civil Engineering technicians or operatives, Construction Management trainees, Quantity Surveying trainees.
