Acting and Theatre Performance NC

What is special about this course?

The NC Acting and Theatre Performance is an exciting course which allows you to explore your creativity and to develop a range of skills in acting and theatre performance.  In addtion to learning about acting techniques you will also gain an understanding of the theatre industry.  You will have the opportunity to participate in a range of live performance events at various points in the year.

Entry requirements

All applicants will be interviewed and will be expected to demonstrate prior experience in acting and performance.

School leavers

  •  4 National 5 subjects including English at C or above.

    If you have been living in the UK for at least 3 years, are ordinary resident in Scotland before the course start date it is likely that you will not have to pay fees for your full time course.  Please check our Fee Waiver Policy.

    Full time students will automatically receive the fee waiver if they are eligible. We will use the information provided on your course application form to determine whether you are eligible.

    Additional costs

    You will be required to purchase a kit as part of this course (approximately £50). If you are eligible for a bursary these costs will be covered. http://www.inverness.uhi.ac.uk/study/funding/

    What can I do on completion of my course?

    On successful completion of the NC Acting and Theatre Performance students will be eligible to apply for HNC Acting and Performance
