Entry requirements

Candidates should have completed the IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671, City & Guilds 2382) qualification. Candidates must have a copy of the IET BS7671 Regulations (Brown Book), 2022, Second amendment, all other documents will be supplied.

The course covers the knowledge and skills required for competent inspection and testing. Candidates will learn how to conduct inspection and testing on our specialist training rigs which simulate electrical installations.  This provides the opportunity to practice verification and inspection of systems in preparation for the practical assessment and exam.
